  I have to say this is one of the slowest places I have ever been in to order food. They have one person in the front and what seems like several others in the back and when there is a rush no one even comes out to help. I was also shocked to receive a wrap FULL of choppy coarse cabbage instead of lettuce. It was so hard and dry and difficult to eat I could not even finish it. I don't remember it ever having cabbage so I have to say it was a bit of a shock. If you order in restaurant check what greenage they put in your food.

  Edit: so we decided to give them another chance, now with delivery. Placed our order over the phone and were told that the food would arrive 30 minutes later. 55 minutes passed and I called to see what was going on, got attitude and instead of apologizing for the delay the guy argued that it had only been 45 minutes and it would take 10 more, no apology whatsoever. It was not the intention of the call but decided to cancel the order and cook. Twenty minutes later (on the dot) the food arrived and we sent it back. Never again.... Original review: One of the more expensive franchises. They didn't listen to our order and got attitude when we corrected them, the food was cold on top of it. Same happened to the couple ordering right behind us.

  I love Amir, but this one is the worst I've ever been too. I've ordered Shish Taouk and the food looked like it's been in the fridge for a week before they served it to me. I'm never eating there again, if I want Amir, I'll take the 20 minutes drive to go to LaSalle. Extremely disappointing.
